We were awarded this new project in 2024 and were asked to undertake alterations to an existing building for Greenhous DAF.

Following an initial site clearance, we installed new concrete slabs to the rear of the site as well as 300lm of new drainage and ducting to create a large vehicle washing space.

At the front of the building, we removed the front entrance wall and replaced with a brick step, squaring off the front arch doorway and replacing the front door with an aluminium frame before spraying the doors and windows in a black/grey finish.

The electrical work involved making safe and stripping out redundant electrical fittings to install electrical connections for the new roller shutter doors as well as plates for the door motors.

The final product, handed over to the client in just 16 weeks, included a fully refurbished workshop with six new bays as well as an Authorised Testing Facility tachograph bay and a substantial parts store with separate exterior entrance.  We also provided a new office configuration with a spacious entrance reception.
